I used a "3D UP" printer to build the model and have now got to the point where I have just finished filling and sanding, ready for priming.
The model is made from luminescent plastic so I intend to leave the staff cannon core exposed (raw) so it glows in the dark.

Stargate SG-1 (MALP) Mobile Analytic Laboratory Probe Model
He made this model out of recyclable materials. It's a model of the probe vehicle, which starred in the science fiction TV series Stargate SG-1. Coincidentally, when Stargate was shown on Channel 4 (in which I never missed an episode) under the scheduling slot T4. The T4 presenters had an idea for viewers to send in models and artwork (relating to the show), with a prize given to the best work - plus, it would feature on the show. He sent the model in...and won! It appeared on the show and Vernon Kay thought it was fantastic. There was only one disappointment, though, he never received the prize. Here Is a link to a website showing an Image of the real vehicle plus Information.
