They're still out there, probably just trying to stay safe. I'm pretty sure we'll see them in some small capacity in Continuum.

Ba'al kept the cloning tech, as far as I remember.
I agree with you that the Tok'ra would never want clones. They valued their individuality too highly to use the sarcophagus to heal themselves and their hosts from even mortal injuries .
(They were happy to use the Healing devices though.Presumably there were no addictive effects from those gadgets.)

I think they're probably still out there in SG-Plotland ,keeping tabs on any revival of the Goa'uld/Ba'al .Maybe they'll be back onscreen in one of the movies ?

Of course you don't want the same personality but imagine you could clone a Tok'ra like Selmak/ Jacob. When the original one is dead, the clone would still be alive and continue when it grows very old or is shot down. Compare it with a backup from a computer. Now with the technology we recovered in season 9, you could let the clone know what happened with the original one.

well, all sybiotes born from one queen would all be the same until they took hosts, and due to diverging paths, and the fact that due to the melding process part of the host's personality is absorbed, they would not be the same

They're probably still keeping taps on any remnant Goa'uld activities in the Galaxy while going back to their old ways of living out their lives peacefully in seclusion.

Correction: They successfully extracted Ba'al from Adria. Ba'al just chose to kill her first.

Probably keeping an eye on the remaining Goa'uld, helping against the Ori, and looking for a Tok'ra queen - either a way to change an ordinary symbiote to a queen or hoping to find a daughter of Egeria that is hidden somewhere.

The season 9 ep where they beamed the exploding building into space. They said they raided a baal base and recovered asgard cloning tech.

The queen would have to have ideals similar to those of the Tok'ra and pass those on to her offspring. There isn't a queen known to them that is sympathetic to them or they'd have done this by now.

As for Goa'uld going to the Tok'ra, it's most likely that the Tok'ra would extract and kill the symbiote.

Nice catch ! (I remembered it wrongly in my earlier post here. )

From the Ex Deux Machina transcript ,posted and owned by the "Gatenoise" site:

TEAL'C: he was dragged into the council chamber and executed before my very eyes…there is no doubt.

CARTER: Teal'c…we secured Ba'al's compound and searched the premises… in the basement we discovered a lab containing equipment and data related to genetic replication.

JACKSON: it's very possible the Ba'al you saw die in Dakara was just a clone…the real Ba'al could still be out there.
So yes,the Tok'Ra could have had the tech to use to clone themselves if the SGC shared it all, assuming none was sabotaged by Ba'al..but I still don't think they would have actually used it .

I believe they died. Par for the course with the Tok'Ra though.
