Well there has never been any mention of the pegasus gate system using naquadah, ever, not once has it been said in SGA, thats a massive plot hole and i really do not think that they woul leave one of the most crucial parts of the entire show out. If atlantis's or the pegasus stargates were naquadah, then for example the cities self destruct would be alot more effective because of naquadah amplifying the explosion, which would easily destroy atlantis without any trouble atall, yet we know 5 naquadah generators all exploding are not enough to set off the gate...The gates can only absorb a certain amount of energy before overload when they have naquadah. The stargate in inferno would have easily gone mega TT explosion by sinking in to a supervolcano.

Not necessarily. While Pegasus stargates don't seem to be made of (most likely depleted) naqahdah, even if it had been the case, just being in lava would have not been enough. Lava is not that energetic in comparison to what MW stargates have withstood, notably in Chain Reaction, for example.
In The Pegasus Project, a hiveship is vaopurized near a Pegasus stargate, and that alone is maaaany gigatons worth of energy, a very high number.

I can't even tell on teraton (TT) explosion, because the gate blowing up would have been around 2-3 GT, at least on Earth since the SGC has a MW gate, but for some reason, the explosions expected in this episode would destroy all human life on affected planets, pointing to enormous levels of energy surpassing those few gigatons.
This is not saying such an explosion would have minor effects, but they'd be way too far to be a menace to the entire population of Earth, especially with a single explosion, which is far less efficient than dividing that same energy over many more smaller explosions.

In no episode of atlantis has there been any evidence that the pegasus gate system uses naquadah, they use something, but not naquadah because if they did, first things first the replicators would not have the firepower to just randomly destroy one with drones, drones have no where near the ability to needed to destroy a gate, we have seen them survive blackholes after all..

Well, drones can definitely dig into armout which can decently protect against nearby multi megaton detonations.

This leads me to believe the most likely power source for the Attero Device is a subspace capacitor similar to the one in 'The Daedalus Variations'.
