Well the us is in alot of debt, more then tens of billions anyway http://www.brillig.com/debt_clock/ says that the us has 9,577,842,239,340.05 on loan from who knows where. thats 9.5 trillion

Whoever they are indebted to could get a lot of 304s in exchange for some amnesia....

The US in debt to everyone, mostly China, though. If they asked for the money we owe them they could literally bankrupt us. However, they'd shoot themselves in the foot too, since we buy tons and tons of their stuff.

Perhaps... I'm think the US would say screw you anyways. The only other option would be exposure/recouping the money. Neither of which would really be a good thing for anyone.

If they could go public with the Stargate program, they would have. By this point, the IOA is every bit as complicit in the cover-up as the Americans are, and even if the world doesn't collapse following the outing, IOA heads (and the heads of the state leaders they represent) will definitely roll.
If Algeria introduced a resolution declaring that the earth was flat and that Israel had flattened it, it would pass by a vote of 164 to 13 with 26 abstentions.- Abba Eban.

What would be some good names for a 303 or 304 from the Russians.

Gagarin - Yuri Gagarin, first human in space
Leonov - Aleksei Leonov, first person to walk in space.
Von Braun - Wernher von Braun, leading developer of modern rockets.

Laika or Gordo could be a name too, but it would be insulting to have a ship named after a dog or monkey wouldn't it? lol

Why would the Russians name one of their ships after a German scientist who worked in the US?

No way the Russians could name a spaceship after a dog, even Laika. Nor could they possibly be so warped as to name their ship after a Nazi scientist like von Braun.

Russians tend to name naval vessels either after famous Russian historical personalities- mainly wartime leaders- or after virtues ("Brave", "Defiant", etc.), or after Russian cities ("Moscow").

You really can't argue with that, and I'd so name my ship after a dog!
