Ancient warships, with a ZPM may be equal to an Ori ship. May be. But IMO, it is doubtful. Close, but not quite as powerful.
The Ori cannon is a concentrated beam of power that was created to pierce shields. It also fires rapidly. Color scheme indicates that Ancient warship shields are not as powerful as Ori or Asgard ship shields.
I would assume that most, if not all Ancient warships were powered by ZPMs, thus making them very formidable. Otherwise they wouldn't last long against Hives.
As for the Ancient warship already seen in battle, the weapons performed quite well. But we already knew that drones were nearly all powerful. Shields? If they were fully powered (minus ZPM), they also performed well, but not near Asgard standards.

Concentrated firepower, see the Asuran weapon, in about 1 day it can take out the shields of Atlantis. And from the relative damage done to ships (pre-upgraded Odyssey vs Apollo), the Ori beam cannon is more powerful than the Asuran weapon.
Even so, with 3 ZPMs powering Atlantis and the drones, it should last a while. It would probably take about 40-60 Ori ships to destroy Atlantis, the Ori will probably lose half that number to the drones. Too bad we wont see a fully functional Atlantis kicking some Ori butt. =(
