My birthday is on February also ( the 14th ) but if I get Atlantis season 2 DVD set as a present I'd consider myself very lucky; that book is outrageously expensive and I don't think my family would even consider spending that much money on a single book.

I just notice this & while this looks like a cool book I would have easily bought this if we got to choose the autograph of our choice. The price is not a problem for me but it would have been nice if we got to choose the autograph we wanted.

I wish that it was practical for us to make that an option, but unfortunately there are over 1,000 books signed by a whole smattering of people from the cast and crew -- then they were sent to the warehouse in big boxes.

We will set up a trading post here, of course, if people want to arrange trades on their own to try and get a different autograph.

The books are now in the warehouse and awaiting final legal clearances from MGM. It currently looks like February for orders, so stay tuned! We're still very excited.

Will there be a strict limit on how many books you can order? Say someone wants to buy one for him/herself and then buy another one to sell or give as a gift to someone else?

I have to say, 200 is pretty steep, especially when I could get 4 seasons for the same price.

Does the $200 include shipping, taxes, insurance??

As indicated in the first post, there is an introductory limit of two copies per person. That's to allow people to buy one for yourself and one as a gift, while trying to keep large quantities out of the hands of resellers and ebayers.

Shipping, insurance, and taxes are not included in the retail price.

Id love to get my hands on one of these. I just got a pay rise at work (yey!) so I have some spare cash every month so I will start putting some aside for this.

But I live in the UK, will I be able to get one sent to me? (obviously I will pay for shipping and tax etc)
