                Huh? Eh? What?

                They can't do this!!!!

It's great that they're going to be showing season 9 sooner and all that, but... I was all ready for it starting on the 18th!
I just don't understand. The new season is NOW only 8 days away, and I've not seen a single advert for it, so it's now going to have the shortest run up to it in advertising ever - do they want people to not watch it or something??? They're not showing the science of stargate program they advertised last week (and in the sky magazine) and you really have to wonder how *anyone* is going to know what's going on.

Sorry, it IS a good thing, really it is, so why do I feel like sky one is totally messing about with Stargate this year?

To be honest, I don't care as I am going to be out of the country on the 18th, and was dreading the thought of trusting someone else to record it. Now at least I can watch Avalon, although Seige III is the one I really want to see!!
Don't you want to look beyond the horizon?

In the 2 hours and 14 minutes that Torri Higginson was online, there were 272 posts in the Elizabeth Weir Wow Thread. I was responsible for 2 of them. (Oh yeah and Gateworld crashed, but that's not important)

That's great. Granted I'd perfered SGA to have aired first, but *shrugs* I'm looking forward to both shows either way and y'know what they say: The soon the better.

yippee, I get to watch the Stargate opener (even though I'm not that bothered) with my mum & dad (who got me into it) in UK.

And I have Mr.MC taping the start of SGA (with my mum as a back up in my house) and my Dad taping the start of it in case those two forget.

                      I'm pretty much covered.

This is good news that its only 8 days away but, i liked the idea of the two shows running parallel now they will be out by one ep.

I was looking forward to watching it

So was I Eoin. I hope we get a reply to the e mail sent to Sky, and we find out more about this. Much as I'm happy that SG-1 will be shown earlier, it seems strange to have the two shows starting on different weeks. What on earth are Sky playing at?

I think Sky did the same last year, too. Atlanta finished a week later, but only because 'Threads' had an extended episode. It's just odd that this year Atlantis is a week late.

Can't say I'm too surprised Sky are moving the schedule around. They've been doing that a lot recently.
