1) Anne Marie DeLuise (also known as Anne Marie Loder) will be in the forthcoming movie THE THAW (a horror flick about thawed diseases from the Arctic). Sketchy details at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1235448/. She guest starred in SG1 and is married to SG-1 director Peter DeLuise.

2) CBS has picked up the 'Eleventh Hour' for five more episodes. Torri Higginson guest stars in the December 4th episode; if the show gets a second season renewal, there’s the chance her character could come back.

3) "Flashpoint," CBS' sleeper summer hit, has been added to the network's midseason lineup along with two new shows, the network said Tuesday. The police drama, with Enrico Colantoni [guest starred on SG-1], Hugh Dillon and Amy Jo Johnson, returns Jan. 9 at 9 p.m. Although filmed in Toronto, has the potential to have Stargate actors on it.

Intelligence star is riding the rails
Ian Tracey has kept a low profile since his show was cancelled

VANCOUVER — The last time most of us saw Ian Tracey was on CBC's Intelligence, playing central character Jimmy Reardon. In the final scene of the now-cancelled and much-missed series – which won the Gemini Award for best dramatic series of the year last Friday – Reardon collapsed in a hail of bullets outside the Chickadee strip club.

I'm thinking about that as I head into Sciue, an Italian café at Pender and Howe, where I'm supposed to meet him. So it seems oddly appropriate that I don't see him at first. He's not there. Then a voice says, “Hey, John” and Tracey emerges suddenly from behind a pillar outside, where he has been waiting for me. A slight figure in person, the 44-year-old Tracey is a shy man, thoughtful in his answers to questions and, frankly, not much interested in the rigmarole of interviews and public relations that comes with being a high-profile actor.
