Martin Gero had been asked at GW about commentaries and he said that he has nothing to do with them being added on the dvd's but that aswell as the pod casts he did for Rising, he will/has recorded commentaries for all his eps.
I don't know what eps GJ has recorded for but he has said he has done some, and DH has done them for THe Storm/Eye
