Okay, change of direction. Does it have anything to do with Sam feeling guilty? In Sympathy for the Devil he's set Lucifer free, in All Hell Breaks Loose, Part 1 he's the YED's chosen one, tainted with demon blood, and in Provenance he feels attracted to a girl, even though he's still mourning Jessica.
