The others are Born Under a Bad Sign and Jump the Shark.

Another wild guess, but I remember Dean got mad at somebody in each of these eps. Did he perchance say Sonofab!tch in each one? Sorry, not feeling all that hot, so I don't have the energy to check the transcripts.

YAHTZEE!!! He did indeed say Sonofab!tch in each episode.

When he realised Bella stole his winning scratch tickets in Bad Day at Black Rock.
When he the tunnel caved in and when he couldn't get cell reception in Jump the Shark.
When he threw holy water at Meg-possessed-Sam in Born Under a Bad Sign.

Dean and Bobby lock Sam in the panic room to put him through demon blood detox. Bobby's afraid he might die from it, but Dean stands firm. Then Cas lets Sam out, and he joins up with Ruby again. Dean tracks him down, and when he finds Sam they have this massive fight, at the end of which Dean tells Sam if he walks out that door with Ruby he needn't come back. But Sam chooses her over his brother.
