That isn't it, either. And as far as I remember it was just the setting which was corrupted by the demons, and that everything else was caused by the humans without further influence.

Does it have something to do with the titles? My Bloody Valentine, I Know What You Did Last Summer and Sin CIty were all (horror?) movies.
