"On all counts" would be more right. "on all accounts" seems more from the phrase "by all accounts" which would imply someone else saying David is fluent according to other people, as in "He's fluent by all accounts."

Thanks for all the condolences regarding my dog guys! I'm still getting used to her not being around, but I think I've gone through the saddest parts.

Oh, and she was a Bichon Frise.

Anyway, the past few day, of course, have been hectic. The death kinda threw my day off and I had a lot of catching up to do. But now I can finally go try and get a reply in the lounge!

University is starting to settle down and I should soon have some time to fire off a post or two. Apart from the obligitory homesickness I'm doing pretty well... i.e. I haven't given myslef food poisoning yet!
