All of these issues would be related to the forum software and its cross-browser compatibility. While I sympathize, it's not something we can do anything about on our end.

It seems this version of VBulletion is much more browser dependent. I'm using Firefox and it is definitely a much slower load than before.

It's unreadable. I am forced to use the "view conversation" or PM all the time. Otherwise my eyes hurt too much.

It's interesting what our different eyes perceive. While I don't care for the colors, I don't find it unreadable.

Black backgrounds hurt my eyes. This color is just annoying.

I am using Firefox and it is faster than before for me, so i don't think it's browser dependent

What version of Firefox are you using? I cleared out my cache and stuff to see if it would make a difference. Other sites are still loading fine.

Firefox 4.0 beta 6, I had to clear out my cache right after the update because half of pages where loading, after that it has been perfect.

I'm not using the beta version. That might be the difference. Well thumbs down for the VB guys, I hate it sites don't allow for older versions - especially when they are not that old.

I just cleared out my cookies, cache again - logged out and back in and didn't make a difference. Although I did notice a slightly faster load when I was on as a guest.

And I turned of AdBlock to see if that made a difference and with the ads it loaded even slower.

i have FF 3.6.12 and aren't having any issues beyond the occasional 'reply' turning into 'reply with quote'...minor bug. I just remove the quoted words.

I'm using 3.6.12 too, but I'm finding the forum much slower than it was before the update.

I normally use FF 3.6 now 3.6.12 as well but I've been logged into IE8 and IE9 today to test things out .No lags...yet.

Those of you having a problem with "Multiquote" : since we went onto vB4 ,the little checkboxes stay ticked and carry forward those quotes into your other posts unless you manually uncheck them ,delete the quotes in your next posts,or clear cache cookies and browser.

Those who find the forum slow to load : try switching signatures off in your control settings.See if that makes any difference to your load time .

Often lags and slowness at PB,Clintonio etc causes problems for our members.

and dragoncave...all those off site hotlinks drag things down painfully slow.

a lot of times when a page drags i look down and it's waiting for data from dragoncave, clintonio or photobucket
