tea is too early. I eat supper at 7 - 7:30 or later. Now, I do enjoy a bit of a snack around 4 or 5 pm

I don't know about Nolamom but I do cause of 2 reasons--1. I'm usually not hungry till then; 2. I usually work out after work and don't get home till about 6:30 or so, and after I shower and change, I want to relax before I eat.
