it's not as if they're sending checks to everyone who votes in line with their wishes. Even large employers cannot ensure the unanimous votes of their workers just because they receive a paycheck. Fortunately, voting is private. Now, it is (very slightly) conceivable that the Electoral College delegates could be influenced, but highly doubtful.
