Well, I *have* spent a fortune, and not a small one, on treatments. Botox helps a little. I get 40 shots or so all over my head, neck, and shoulders every three months.

Actually, I have kept a migraine diary for a few years. There IS an actual reduction in frequency with the shots. I had 16-20 migraine days a month, now it's down to 11-12
