Tamales are great .I don't often get a chance to eat them locally ,but I used to room with a Mexican student who made them every week.
Her Nachos were wondrous too.Not soggy ,bland salty cornflakes like the local takeaways here serve .
The only authentic ingredients they use are the prepared catering packs of chillies and herbs.
Now I'm hungry for real...
