Do you mean Skype?

It's VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Put simply, it's telephone over the Internet. You need to have the Skype software installed on your own computer to converse with other Skype users.

I've been trying FOREVER to get a picture into the signature pic. I've tried a dozen pictures, different sizes, put <img> (and then</img> at end )in front of "http" then in front of "www", then in front of "url", whatever I try, when I try to save it on Gateworld, it says "invalid file". I have the pics on photo bucket, I resized them several times, but nothing I do works. Help!!!

I've tried all the HTML & IMG choices on Photobucket starting with the recommended and then all the others. What am I doing wrong?

In photobucket, you would use the Img code. It's the third (bottom) code under the picture. Regular posters can only use BB code here, not HTML.

By the way, I highly recommend reading through the entire FAQ. It should answer most of your questions.

Thanks to both of you for trying to help, but I seem to be too computer-dumb to understand how to do it. I've read every article on Gateworld in Forum Announcements and help, all the Q & A stuff, and all the FAQ many times, but I just can't seem to get it to work, so I guess I'm giving up, it's really not worth the hours I've spent on it with no success at the end. Thanks anyway!
