Yep.Username changes are handled by me or Skydiver.

In case the new name you want is already in use ,or there are reasons why it isn't GW -friendly ,send one of us a pm so we can check through the database ,and okay the change if there aren't any problems .

We'll only make the change once though,so make sure you'll continue to prefer the new name.

I don't think we have a hard and fast rule. Some threads everyone chips in, in other threads there's only one person to do it.

It just means that no points will be added to you reputation total. The person that gave you the green (or gray in this case) doesn't yet have the ability to do that.
