How can I add an attachment in Attach Files

How can I add an attachment (i.e. a Word Document) when it's bigger than the Attach File can have (i.e. the Attach File can show docs/pics up 2 223 kb and mine's 453 kb)

Cause I have that problem for a coupple of days.

Everyone has a limit to the total, combined size of file attachments they can upload. So if it's something that large, you are better off sticking it on another site and linking to it.

And make sure to scan it for viruses first!
