If that's true then the SGU base maybe more fragile than I thought. I would have said the SGU base was more Stargate related then Monty Python related.

I don't see his absence making a difference in the show. Maybe that's because I'm ambivalent to just about everything on the show.
Hm....Saquist, "The Full Monty" is a movie, and has nothing to do with Monty Python. I believe the full monty means totally naked a colloquial in the UK or there abouts.

So literally speaking neither is WIDELY known. The RDA FAN club is still huge compared to Carlyle's if that's any indiciation.
Carlyle is as famous as RDA... they are just famous in different sections of the population.

And there's you're problem... he was never in Monty Python.

      Most likely the case.

I doubt we'll ever know for sure.

Well I never heard of either until Stargate.

It depends on the medium in terms of fame. RDA has stayed primarly in TV series while Cartyle until now has stayed in movies.

I think maybe RDA brought a bit of an older crowd to Stargate, cause they remembered him from the TV series, and the younger crowd came for the Sci fi. , like me and fell in love with the character.

I think it's just Sci Fi in general.
This isn't open to the public like most TV shows.
It's automaticly understood that these sci fi programs apparently don't do as well on broadcast TV.

That's why I'm hoping Sci Fi one day picks up Trek but maintains a different staff.

So, you're willing to follow and let an incompetent person make life/death decisions for you?

Do I need to say any more?

I guess it depends on what they're incompetent at

                            So?
As if that has anything to do with what I said.
Inane doesn't make insane. There isn't any juxtaposition to draw a SO from.

Ms. Wray would be THE worst possible choice for a leader. That's what I'm saying.
