Well, not many people talk like he sings.
But it's ok.
I personally think Finnish is much nicer. Do you speak Finnish? because your location says you're from Finland. But the last time I assumed that someone from Finland speaks Finnish, I learnt that he actually spoke Swedish.

Hm, ok, that's a reason . One of the reasons why I learn Scottish Gaelic is because how it sounds when it's spoken. Unfortunately I still have a lot to learn to speak it really fluent.

I tried to learn Irish Gaelic a few years ago. It's not -that- hard, but it's a lot to take in. But I think the pronounciation is pretty close to German.
I'm not able to do much for Irish now, though
I have basically no time between university and Hebrew classes.
There are so many languages I'd like to be able to be fluent in. A lifetime in not enough.

I would say, it could have been worse - I wouldn't tell her either.

Yes, finnish is my first language Finland has two main languages and people living in the western parts of the country (closer to Sweden) often speak swedish as their first language.

Sometimes foreigners find finnish to be rather strange and even crude language so I'm glad you find it lovely
