just realized why his shirt is so tight. I remember listening to a video about filming Time. They were talking about how freezing cold it was, especially when so wet. They were talking about the cast having to wear layers to keep warm. Some are easier to hide than others, but RC is so slim, that the extra layers make him look more bulked up under that close fitting t-shirt.

I think that they wanted to give an illusion of him losing weight as the series progressed. Hence the layers, and I think in some other early episodes they used this too. God forbid anyone asking RC to actually lose weight. I remember David Blue talking about trying to lose weight, and he did, but not as fast as he would have in a real situation such as that. Patrick Gilmore said he was gaining weight because of all the good food on set.
