Frankly speaking I do not have a good feeling about Elementary. First of all they are copying the British 'Sherlock' because it is having a great success and secondly I have a problem seeing Dr. Watson being a woman I am not even sure I would give this serie a chance.

coming back to RC, no spoilers yet for the second season's of OUAT?

Jonny Lee Miller was Sick Boy in Trainspotting and Macleane to RC's Plunkett

I will get to screen Elementary at CC and I'm very, very curious. I should also have some OUAT scoop (yeah, me and every other journalist that's covering the Con). I am too freaking excited and it's a week and a half away still.

Ok, thanks. I've heard about Frankenstein, and that BC was in it, but didn't remember the other name.
And Elementary sounds too much copy of the British Sherlock, I think you're right with the great success reason.

Spoilers for OUAT? I'd love them

Having played soccer in Scotland as a kid I am attached to the game. The longer you watch the more you pick up and appreciate the 'beautiful game'. In Canada no soccer when we were kids so Hockey was next best thing to watch but the school only had Football [American Game]. So I had to become efficient and playing and watching all three sports.

I dropped American Football almost as soon as I left High School and dropped Hockey when it turned into a boxing match that 'might' break out into a hockey game. So soccer is the only one left and in comparison it really is "the beautiful game".

To me the Spanish style is the best ....make the other guy run around and frustrate himself.

BTW crazy history fan, but mostly was Military history [my dad was in the German Army in WW-II- a very different outlook]. Now I include all others ....just watched 'Pirates of the Caribbean' as history.

Bringing this all full circle to SGU et al.

I immersed myself in a CANAM series called “Life after People” when it came out in 2008. Around that time I was also getting a kick out of “Ancient Aliens” . These two ideas seemed to fuse together over years so when SGU came along I was much more accepting of the whole ‘ancients idea’ in SGU. Still think there is immense possibilities in this combination for sci-fi shows to exploit.

                sorry bout the rant.

SGU. Best Sci-fi show to come along in decades.

He looks healthy. I saw another photo of him and thought he looked pale.

Another article about RC at Edinburgh Film Festival, talking about not enough films being made in Scotland.

I know Robert is so upset and frustrated about that. I feel badly for him and his family but at least he's got consistent work.

A new chapter of 'Next Step' is up. As promised, something big happens in this one. In fact, I have a few big things waiting in the wings so I suggest wearing your helmet for the next couple of chapters.

Emma and Mr. Gold discuss what they're going to do about Belle. Mr. Gold lets Emma leave to go have dinner at home, Frederick coming to sit with him. Emma and Belle go to the study to get another book for Belle to read because Mr. Gold says he wants to rest alone.

What the hell? What did she do with the letter? Now I understand why she insisted on climbing on the ladder with Emma! How dare she!
