I too buy a horse, I think I'm better with a horse than a car, decidedly, I never get to drive well. I don't know why but every time I drive, I'm angry and aggressive and it's stronger than me ...
So I think a kind pony would be better yes ..... ^^'
(although if it was RC that would make me driving lessons, I would not angry and very happy )

But remember, don't let the horse sleep on your bed


myhelix, some of your screencaps still seem to be to big. Maybe try saving them as jpeg instead of png, I think that makes them smaller.

I have a dog that looks like The Celt so it was particularly hard for me to watch

Oh, I know. My friend has a rescued Greyhound. There is an organization that rescues them and finds good homes for them, otherwise many are killed after their race life is over. Her parents have two of them also, they are wonderful and sweet dogs.

You would be surprised how much hay a horse needs.

If you have to buy all your hay around here it would be far more expensive than fuel for a car! And you must feed your horse everyday. My neighbors pay much more every month for feed than my pension check! I have a large pasture for my goats, but still feed them hay once and a while, like when it rains.

Horses don't lie down that much, so sleeping on the floor might result in getting stepped on! Maybe a hammock would be good, next to your horse.
