Thanks for the hug *hugs back* I went to yoga class today and the teacher had us in bridge pose and walked about to check. Suddenly she was looking down at me and asked me "do you feel secure?" "uhm...yes" I said. But on the way home, I thought wow! what a question! No, not really. My life's a mess! Why did she ask me that?

The point is I over analyze stuff and should really remember a lot of what's out there on the net is junk!
