Oh yes, the Scottish (and the Irish) weather! 'All four seasons in day' or something like that. I'd like to live there, and I don't like sunshine and hot weather very much, but I'm not sure if I could stand the rain and the short days in winter.

I have the same picture, with the same clouds, rain, sun. As you say, four seasons in one day. I think it rained everyday we were there! But sun also.

Wow! 5000 posts! and everyone of them a gem.

Also forgot to mention that AlexanderD on FF is writing "A New Dawn" that combines all three stargaze series. The man knows his war stuff!

I think AlexanderD mentioned on another thread that he had been in the military. I haven't got to reading his stuff yet, will do soon.

the magic mirror is essentially a stargate--puddle and all. They step through and into Wonderland. It was a total SGU moment
