One of my teachers (I think it was the Latin teacher) always told us NOT to do something for school during holidays

Why didn't you asked your tutor to become your new class teacher
I'm helping a friend's daughter and her friend with their English, and they say that I'm way better than their teacher in explaining things. But the book they use isn't very good, and the teacher doesn't really care if somebody learns something or not.

Then he is the total opposite of our teachers because they want us to do something during holidays

Well, well, seems you're a good teacher
We don't often use our English Book at all. And we didn't use it one single time last year.

Thinking of teachers, they are so important, you wonder why they are not all the best we have and paid better. They mold our young people, so the bad ones should be thrown out and the good ones respected more.

Yikes! Where do you find the time? I've only read 2 OUAT fics, and only reading "Force Over Distance" I found that FOD is so involved that it keeps me busy, and other stories kind of confused things. When it ends, (if it ever does) I'll go back to reading other fics. I do have some RL things to do, too.

My parents always say that it depends on your teacher how good you are at school. If you don't understand the stuff you have to learn in can be your fault or the fault of the teacher. And my old maths teacher (from my old school) has the same opinion.

Sometimes a teacher can make or break a student, especially if the student does not have support at home.

And a good teacher might use different ways to explain things for different pupils. But these days being a teacher is not easy. My mother was a teacher at a primary school, and she is very happy that she is retired. I wouldn't be a good teacher, I have no problem with one or two kids, but a whole class of them would be too much for me.

Anyway, I have to go, I'm meeting with some friends today. See you!

I would be a horrible teacher. I hate little kids. They have no respect anymore!

                  Good bye Cairi *hug*

                                I missed that. What stranger?

I would not make a good teacher either, only with one or two, maybe so. I used to have students that worked for me when I was a gardener at the college. It seemed most of them knew nothing about doing practical work, they had to be taught mostly everything. Almost every one, except for a couple of older students, I taught to drive a manual truck. It seems no one teaches young people to drive a stick anymore.

Remember the driving lessons in "The Mighty Celt"? I've done that more times than I can remember.
