Wow, just noticed this thread. I thought I was the only one who thought Balding Asian Guy really stood out in this episode!

I'm so happy to know I'm not alone. What were the writers thinking when they left him on that planet. Now that he's gone I'm really struggling to find reasons to keep watching SGU. If were told we'll see him in future episodes I'll definitely keep watching though. *Thumbs up*

Answer: This is one fan campaign we’ll be hard-pressed to ignore. I suppose if you guys push hard enough, we’ll just have to bring him back.

Unless you were referring to a different question about BAG. I wouldn't blame you - I have many questions about him myself, and PG-15 must've had even more than me!
