I gotta admit, those are some ugly shoes. Purple doesn't really go good with those pants... hehe

David Blue kindly posts a pic of Louis F. from his twitter...

        http://twitpic.com/eqet7

DB also posted a bit about his Comic Con experience at his blog:

        http://www.david-blue.com/Blue/Blog/...issed_It!.html

        This was my favorite part:

We were all backstage waiting to go up [to the SGU panel]. We were having quite the blast back there, laughing our asses off and dancing for Ming-Na’s video camera. We kept joking that we hoped at least 10 or 20 people showed up -- so it was quite a nice surprise to see the auditorium beyond capacity! And listening to the audience reaction while the trailer played was amazing.

Apparently Brian J. Smith tweeted about the new SGU poster and said this...

"The poster is pretty cool - but nobody likes it better than my mom."

            Pan is now reading twitter?

            She is weaking PG

Now in seriousness parents tend to be the biggest fans so I could find that statement to be accurate.

              LIES!

It was brought to my attention by a fellow LJ poster on the SGU LJ community.

And, yes, parents usually are the biggest fans, but the fact that he both recognises that and acknowledges it publicly is flail worthy.

              Also,

Lol nice recall. I love that show. Reminds me also of when they made fun of Colin's shirt. Do you watch that show regularly?

Oh that was a few days ago. No wonder I didn't see it.

I mean, I'm sure most people don't agree, but if you think about it the way you proposed, it'd be really interesting the types of stories that could come out of something like that.
Yeah, it's another question of identity, just like what arises from the LRC. It's sort of like the SG-1 ep Tin Man, except there's no robots and neither one can be labeled as The Duplicate. Hmm, that would be verrry interesting, in how the other characters react, and how the not-so-individual deals with being doubled.

FTFY. And it stands for LiveJournal.

Good to see Spaz earning her name.
*goes to read Teh Blog* [edit] And DB's blog too. Which relies on Javascript for the text to show up, huh?

I've discovered what the problem is.

It seems we tend towards the hard SF and most other people...don't. Sucks.

                            'Cause that idea? Awesome.

Aw, thanks! And you make a good and rather sad point. SF has been a source of props and setting for Stargate, and enables various plots, but the action and adventure tends to take precedence over hard SF.
