Continuum - viewing order

I'm watching SG show(s) for the first time - I'm attempting to watch them in the order they aired - I'm in the last few episodes of SG1 Season 10 and just about done with SGA Season 3. From what I can find Ark Of Truth happens before SGA Season 4 - but I can't find any info about where Continuum fits into the chronology.

So when should I watch Continuum relative to Season 4 of SGA?

Right after 5x01, "Search and Rescue".
