Hey major davis,

I would recommend posting something on the SyFy forums. The fans there are mostly positive about SGA and SG-1 and have not turned their backs on those series. Not everyone is into SGU, and some people need to deal with that........ESPECIALLY TPTB. So a lot of folks are really hoping for these movies since SGU is not their cup of tea, and these movies would be their only SG fix.

In fact, SyFY.com is running two DVD contests, one for a SGU DVD and the other for a SGA DVD. Guess which one is getting more positive buzz?

Anyone on facebook or myspace. Could make a group on there to and link the youtube account. We could get people to send us there video's and we could upload them to the account and to the facebook page and pictures to. PM on what you'd like me to do and i'll see what i can do

Hi there, love to have a movie, cant see it happening, saying that anything is worth a shot.

JFs Thunk/whump thread have a campaign to get JF in the Rockford series, we have twittered, e mailed lots of people and sites, the message has got across, wether he gets the part or not, we have let people know the fans are still there, maybe the same could be done for the Movie, check out the sites.

I don't think a campaign to get the movies made will work due to MGM being up for sale. HOWEVER, showing tptb, and whoever ends up owning the rights, that the movies are still wanted, if and when money is available, would be great

Well once MGM is bought out I don't think they will fire everyone who used to work there. The descision makers now will probably still be the descision makers once its bought out, so we don't have to wait till its bought out. But even if we don't do much now, we need to raise an army(Through here, youtube, and facebook) that we can call when we need it.

With their DVD revenue dropping so precipitously, and the ongoing financial um, "challenges", it's not hard to see why these new releases are not on the front burner. Although I wouldn't expect any action until the current issues are resolved, it really is my hope that at some time we'll see some progress.
