Now that I think about, yeah, Dr. Lam definitely should have been in at least one of the movies.

What for? There's enough gratuitous casting in Continuum as it is, I'm sure BW just did it to score points with the fans...

I agree on Bra'tac, he's easily the most significant guest alien alive.

Maybe Lam's portrayer just doesn't get along with the main cast...

That's unlikely given that she's married to Michael Shanks.

Doubtful, she's married to one of them! She says in an interview that she asked Brad why she wasn't in it after the screening, can't remember what she said he said though...

Here's an idea, why not get every single actor that ever appeared in any SG-1 episode and have them make a cameo in Continuum?

This way, we can eliminate irrelevant posts on Gateworld!

Witty, but I wasn't beating a dead horse to begin with. There hadn't been conversation on this one to a strong extent in the backlog. And I would never ask for such a thing to begin with, because it would be terribly cheesy. Obviously, you know that, and it was sarcasm; what I'm telling you is that all the 'irrelevant' posters would recognize that, too.
If you've seen a Jeff O'Connor or a JeffZero or a Jeff Zero or a JeffZeroConnor elsewhere on the net, there's a considerable chance it's me.

I got what you were saying Jeff. Since she's the CMO & Landry's daughter her being at least seen would've made sense.

I felt the same way with Bra'tac, I mean it wasn't a big deal to me one way or the other, and I hadn't even thought of it until I read this thread. But as much as I like Major Davis (he's among my favorite recurring stars), Bra'tac would've made a heck of a lot more sense. Bra'tac was easily the most important recurring star left given Janet, Thor & Jacob are dead. And he would've been the most happy that the final System Lord had fallen, given he's been fighting longer than most of our heroes combined. Though I guess it could be easily explained that as a leader of the Free Jaffa he was busy dealing with something important...

Yeah, haha. Exactly. If anything, Davis' appearance was aimed at people who 'want to see everyone', but it leaves gaps that'd be more sensible for appearance from a logical perspective, is all.

Probably has something to do with the fact that I can't stand Doig either. I find her about as convincing as....well, something not very convincing. Sorry, brain's not working too well this morning.

Ah that doesn't mean anything. One of my buddies had a girlfriend until just recently that drove me up the wall, over the top, and back down the other side. It was honestly to the point that I'd find excuses not to hang out with him because it meant I'd have to put up with her. My point being--just because you like someone, doesn't mean you like their SO.

I think she should've been in that opening shot with everyone else (It would've been funny if she'd have been escorting an injured Siler to the infirmary! ) I also wish we could've seen Janet Fraiser in the AU, and by some miracle, Jacob Carter (but he probably died of cancer years before).
Frasier, would have been good. Jacob, even if he was alive, his daughter died 4 years ago, so they wouldn't them near each other.
