Asurans know everything about Lantean tech; therefore they must know how to make an 8th chevron crystal.

And by the Link, I was referring to the subspace connection ALL Replicators share. I was guessing that RepliCarter should be able to connect to them somehow, right, if they're all connected?

If that was the case, then wouldn't the Asurans have known about the replicators and visa versa? Also if that link did spand that vast of a distance, wouldn't the asurans have had the PWAR cypher in them?

they only took the infomation they wanted from woolsey like how many people was in the jumper and where they was and the plan.

and they could of found time to know about the replicators but that wasnt there objective, if jack gave into the replicater then maybe the asurans would know about all jack and the spiders

I was wondering, what would you like to see in the third film, if and when it is made? Any story ideas? Old or new enemies? New technology/ships?
I posted this in an AoT thread; it fits here as well...

We "deal with" the Furlings, for good.

My idea is this: SG-1 finds themselves in some sort of trouble and, through researching the Ancient database, discover that the Furlings once found themselves in the same situation, dealing with the exact same problem. The Ancient database goes on to describe the method the Furlings used to deal with the threat, and speak of a device the Furlings built to take care of the problem.

And so, off SG-1 goes to find a new piece of technology developed by a race we've never really seen. They visit planet after planet, finding ruins scattered here and there of the once-vibrant Furling civilization. We get to see some of their art and architecture, and get to revive and use some of their technology, but no trace of any actual, living Furlings.

SG-1 begins to notice that a particular lifeform, a largish kind of Nutria-like animal, seems to be extant on nearly every planet they've visited, or (from discovering bones and such) once existed.

Then they find a functional Furling computer, and discover the truth: unlike the other races of the alliance, the Furlings were evolving backward. They didn't know why, and were desperate to try to reverse the problem. Unfortunately, they never did, and eventually lost the capability to function at even the most primitive level, resulting in the end in their current state: big, vegetarian rats.

SG-1 finds the device they need in the end, and use it to get out of their unspecified pickle. Maybe the device can be something that reverses the evolution of de-evolving creatures, and the Furlings never had a chance to use it or something.

We could have SG-1 go to a planet where the natives hunt the Furling-rodents for food or sport. Call the film "Fall of the Furlings" or something.

Did I ever mention- I've never much cared for the Furlings?

an asteroid the size of texas is on a collision course with earth and NASA assembles the worlds best oil drillers to fly to the asteriod and drill a giant hole to put a nuke through it......but they were busy and NASA said who we goona call then??? then they were redirected to the ghostbusters who said thats not my department so they redirected them to superman but he was busy fighting lex luthor so he told them to phone chuck norris but he also busy fighting vin diesel and NASA had to phone nearly every person on earth but no one would help...

so they waited for the destruction of earth and when the asteriod finally came it just missed earth and after some calcualtion the scientist relised to carry the one thus saving earth but then NASA was put out of buisness because of phone debts......

            its brilliant is it not?????

Well I am actualy working on a script for a Stargate Movie. It would probably be the fourth movie, because they might be already planning the third.
It will have many loose end tied up from episodes in, seasons 1-10.
So far I have 4 - 5 season with loose ends tied up in the movie, but I am also making more loose end in the movie, so it gives them a chance at making anouther after it. I don't have a name for the movie yet, and I will be sending my scrpit to Mr. Cooper, when its done. So far from what i have written i would really like to see is made it brings so many cooling events into one movie, I have been re-watching episodes from season 1, all they way to season 10, to find any loose end I forgot about. It will have new technologies, Characters, frends, enemys, and twists. I hope it will be made into a Stargate Movie some day, and you all will enjoy it very much.

Sorry I'm not going to tell anyone key things in the Movie, untill I am 70 - 90 percent done, then I'll start giving you sneek peeks at what may happen.

I may some day be a Co-Directer of a Stargate Movie. WOW!

                  New idea:

(Tagline totally stolen from the Atlantis promo lol)

                  Spoiler:
An Old Gate Will Re-open... A Lost People Shall Rise Again...

The Odyssey is patrolling a sector along the edge of the Jaffa Nation along with a few ha'tak escorts, on routine examination of post-Ori planets.

Suddenly, planetary fire from the nearest world obliterates the Jaffa motherships, and the Odyssey takes severe damage. Not willing to take on these clearly advanced people, Col. Ronson (It's new commander) orders the ship back to Earth.

At the SGC, Col. Carter and the team go over the data Ronson brought back. The weapon that was used to destroy the ha'tak was ion-based, suggesting a very advanced race indeed. Insofar, SG-1 has only encountered one group of people that could construct viable ion weaponry, the Tollan, but they were destroyed by the Goa'uld years before. Still, Carter (now commanding SG-1) thinks it's worth checking out, so she, Teal'c, Daniel, and Vala depart on the Odyssey for the alien planet.

Meanwhile, Col. Mitchell's been transferred to the Pentagon, where he and Jack are overseeing the production of Asgard-enhanced F-302s. Mitchell volunteers to test-fly one, and O'Neill agrees.

Hours later, the Odyssey arrives back in the star system it was patrolling before. The wreckage from the Jaffa ships remain, and Bra'tac says the Nation is already preparing a task force to deal with this renegade world if need be.

                  Again, the planet fires on the Odyssey, but the Earth ship is ready for it. With Earth's ZPM once more tied into its systems, the shields easily withstand the barrage. When it finally ends, Carter opens a wide-frequency channel and declares the following;

"This is Col. Samantha Carter, onboard the Earth cruiser Odyssey. We mean you no harm, and wish to open peaceful relations with you... Please, trust us."

                  Then, she recieves the following;

"How could we not trust you, Col. Carter? After all... your people once tried everything they could to save ours..."

We recognize this voice instantly. Carter's eyes widen, and Daniel and Teal'c stare in dumbfound disbelief as a video link is established and the face of Narim (a member of the Tollan) looks up at them, appearing just as shocked. Of course, Carter instantly (after recovering her composure) demands to know how he's alive, but he merely shakes his head and asks them to wait a moment, and to not send out any subspace messages. Still stunned, SG-1 complies.

While they wait for the Tollan to make contact again, Daniel, Carter, and Teal'c bring Vala up to speed on who the Tollan are, what they did, and how they came to be "destroyed". No one's exactly sure how they managed to survive Abubis' attack on their homeworld, but they're all expecting an interesting explaination.

Finally, Narim makes contact. He asks for SG-1 to come to the surface, saying that he'll send up a transport for them. But Carter smiles and explains that Earth's come a long way since when they last met, and asks where he'd like to meet. Once he's told them, the team beams down to meet him, stunning the Tollan nearby.

They find themselves in the middle of a thriving city, but one very different from Tollana. This city stretches on for several miles around, with dozens of ion canons, and a giant energy shield above it. Narim explains that his people are taking no chances with this settlement, ensuring that the Goa'uld will never attack them again. Apparently, they've also abandoned the use of stargates, and therefore have no idea what's going on in the rest of the galaxyl they still think the Goa'uld are a power.

As Daniel and Teal'c explain the situation, and Vala heads back to the Odyssey to inform Col. Ronson what's happened, Carter and Narim strole through New Tollana. Narim tells her that he longed to contact Earth, to tell her that he was alive, but the Curia (of which he is now a part) forbid it, saying it was too risky that the Goa'uld would intercept the message. So the Tollan decided to cut themselves off from the galaxy at large, and rebuild.

He also explains that several transport ships did manage to escape Tollana, and one of them beamed him aboard at the last moment. They, along with ships from a small Tollan colony world, reestablished themselves here. And in return for this info, Sam explains the downfall of the Goa'uld, the Replicator invasion, and the war with the Ori. She also tells him about the Asgard's demise, Earth's advances, and the Atlantis Expedition. Needless to say, Narim is stunned that Earth has come so far. (During this time, Carter is informed that the Odyssey is retreating out of the system to get within range of the SGC, to report in.)

As they return to the city center, an alarm is sounded; sixteen ha'tak have arrived in orbit, and are firing on the city. The shield is holding, but no one knows how long it will last. As the Tollan Curia gives orders to fire on the ships, SG-1 intervenes, shouting that the ships are Jaffa, not Goa'uld. They're simply retaliating for the accidental destruction of the ha'tak destroyed earlier (the Tollan destroyed them thinking they were System Lord vessels).

But the Jaffa won't open communications, and the Tollan memory of ha'tak is not a good one. The Curia decide to fire regardless of SG-1's warning, determined not to be bested twice by the same foe; with the exception of Narim, the Tollan refuse to accept that the Jaffa are any different than the Goa'uld. The following battle is brief, with the upgraded Tollan ion canons ripping many of the Jaffa ships to shreds with ease.

SG-1 is distressed; they're old ally, finally found once more (and having lost its old arrogance), and their new ally, seem to be headed toward war. They rush to prevent the catastrophic showdown between the two powers, and at the same time, trying to prevent the Tollan from vanishing once more...

(Ultimately, they'll avert a full-scale war, and the Tollan and Jaffa leaders will meet on Chulak (now a full capitol world) to discuss the events of the past few days. The movie would end with Narim and the team at the SGC, becoming full-fledged allies. Then, Sam and Narim part ways at the gate; he still longing to be with her, and she simply glad he's alive.)

It'd be cool to do that, especially if they can cash in off of the expected popularity from Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. It might pull in people that liked the Indy movie and were looking for more along the same lines.

But that's only if they could come up with a completely original storyline without any of their famous homages involved.

As it is, it cracks me up that Indiana Jones is going to be looking for a crystal skull, and Daniel Jackson is going to be looking for a lost Ark next year. Archaeologists ahoy!

                              Yet ANOTHER idea...

                              Spoiler:
Construction of a supergate in the Pegasus Galaxy is going along at a breakneck pace, with the second gate nearly completed. On Atlantis, Col. Samantha Carter orders the Apollo, along with Col. Sheppard and Dr. McKay, to activate the portal.

As they set off, Carter recieves a message via stargate from the SGC; they've detected several rather strange energy readings coming from the edge of the Milky Way, and want to know if they should abort the test-dialing. But Sam assures them that the supergates in both galaxies should be far enough away to avoid any problems, and they decide to continue anyway.

Meanwhile, in the Milky Way itself, Daniel Jackson and Col. Mitchell have arrived at the original supergate onboard a newly constructed BC-303 transport, the Pendergast. They're here to welcome the Apollo back home, and then to escort them to Earth for debriefing.

(NOTE: We learn now that Teal'c is overseeing construction of a new class of ha'tak on a Jaffa shipbuilding world.)

The test commences, and the supergates on both ends activate in grand fashion. There's much celebration on both ends, and the Apollo prepares to come through.

Suddenly, a hyperspace window forms behind the Pendergast, and a trio of ships unlike anything Daniel or Mitchell have seen before emerge. Just as the Apollo comes out of the supergate, the alien vessels fire on the 303, wearing its shields down in seconds. Its commander orders an immediate jump to hyperspace, and it flees the battle.

But now Sheppard and his team must take on the enemy ships alone. As the supergate shuts down behind them, they engage. But even with the newly Asgard upgraded shields, they don't make any headway. And when four more vessels (two of a different design) arrive, the Apollo has no choice but to fall back as well. Col. Ellis orders a retreat, and they head for Earth.

Once everyone's arrived safe and sound, General O'Neill demands to know what happened. Daniel shows the assembled people (Carter (not here, but is talking to them via the gate bridge), Vala, Mitchell, Landry, and O'Neill) images captured by the Pendergast during the brief battle with the alien ships, and everyone is shocked when Carter claims she's seen them before.

According to the Colonel, she saw one of these cruisers a few years before, when she was trapped onboard the Prometheus in a nebula ("Grace"). She traded the lives of the crew for a way out of the nebula, and the Prometheus and the unknown ship parted ways. But she has no idea who they are or why they've suddenly attacked the Earth forces. Regardless, she says she'll be coming through the gate bridge to help.

In the interim, Landry and O'Neill recall the Oddyssey from its patrols, and order the Daedalus to turn around (it had barely left the SGC a few hours before). They're not taking any chances. In addition, O'Neill orders Dr. Lee to shut down the Milky Way supergate via subspace command; he doesn't want these aliens to be able to use the link into Pegasus.

Finally, Carter arrives. Sheppard heads back to Atlantis to take commandin her absense, but Sam asks McKay and the Apollo to stay until this crisis has passed; she knows they may need his help.

The team decides that the best course of action would be to return to the supergate and try and open communications with these aliens, so they take the entire Earth fleet with them to force the enemy to talk. The Odyssey, Daedalus, Apollo, and Pendergast depart, each carrying as many extra F-302s as they can hold.

(NOTE: Carter, McKay, Daniel, Mitchell, and O'Neill are aboard the fleet. Carter and O'Neill are on the Odyssey, the others are on the Daedalus. Landry and Vala remained behind, not being helpful in the current situation.)

When they come out of hyperspace at the supergate, they find it swarming with 12+ alien cruisers, several smaller support ships, and hundreds of fighters. Apparently, they've been bringing in more forces since the original engagement. Going by the enormous energy the ships are giving off, Carter and McKay surmise that these ships were what the SGC picked up entering the Milky Way earlier.

Although they are clearly outnumbered, Carter wants to establish contact anyways. Even as the enemy ships power their weapons, she opens communications with the lead ship, which looks like the one she ran into years before. Just as she starts talking, the aliens suddenly stop powering their weaponry, and stand down. Carter asks why they fired on the Earth ships, seeing as they did nothing to provoke them.

The response is quick. A holographic image appears on the Oddyssey's bridge; it's a playback of the interchange from when the alien ship and the Prometheus were trapped in the nebula. The image shifts; several ships bearing a remarkable resemblance to those of Earth appear, attacking a few of the alien vessels. From this the team realizes that the aliens believe Earth and this mysterious other race are one in the same.

Carter tries to explain that they've never met these aliens, aside from that one incident in the nebula, but one of the other ships moves ahead of the lead one (the lead one being the one from "Grace") and fires on the Odyssey. Seeing no real other option, O'Neill orders the fleet to fire.

An exchange of weaponry commences; but it appears that with the ZPM-holding Odyssey absorbing much of the enemy fire, the two groups are about even. Almost as if they know neither side can win as is, the alien ships begin probing the Earth vessels' computers, and download the location of Earth with ease. As soon as they do, every last ship jumps into hyperspace.

By this time, McKay has figured out that the aliens were probably drawn to the supergate because of the extraordinary amount of energy it releases into space, and that encountering the Earth ships was just a coincidence. Knowing this, O'Neill turns the fleet around, hoping that their Asgard hyperdrives can head off the aliens before they reach Earth.

Amazingly, they do, but just barely. Landry, once aware of the situation, powers up the Antarctic defense platform, and the Tau'ri ships arrange themselves in a defensive blockade around Earth.

The aliens arrive, and it seems that there's nothing anyone can do to prevent a skirmish in the skies above Earth. Carter launches a mega-EMP to scramble international satellites, to prevent anyone from seeing, and they all prepare for the worst.

But then, everything changes. A lone alien ship drops out of hyperspace, coming to rest directly between the two fleets. After a long moment of waiting, during which Carter picks up a conversation between the new arrival and the alien fleet, but cannot understand, the enemy leaves. They all jump into hyperspace. McKay says their bearing is several hundred star systems away.

Now the lone ship turns to face the Earth ships, and they all get a big surprise. A dozen more decloak from around it, and an image of Lya of the Nox appears on the Odyysey's bridge. She bows to O'Neill and Carter, and apologizes for the hostility shown by her brethren; it was an ancient Nox expedition party returning home, and their advance scout (from "Grace") confused the Prometheus with one of their ancient enemies. When they saw the Apollo and the Pendergast, they thought they were doing the right thing.

Carter assures Lya that they hold no ill will toward the Nox, but ask why they decided to come and help them. Before departing for hyperspace, the Nox mystic smiles and replies:

"You are no longer one of the very young, Colonel Carter. Welcome to the larger world."

And with that, and an offer to visit the Nox homeworld anytime they wish, Lya and her ships depart.
