Hasnt the "Antichrist Girl" Archetype been done already?
Probably because the growth of the child is highly dependent upon the mother while inside the womb. Plus the Ori were probably "working on" Adria while she was in the womb.
thats my thoughts also. as she said her knowledge was wooven into her dna, they probobly took their time to decide what they wanted to give her, if they gave her the wrong kind of info and she turned, they would be so screwed
