Off-base! You're kidding, right? Teal'c barely saw any of the outside world for a very long time. I doubt with Vala it will be much different. For the most part, she'll be supervised when "out-and-about".

Even if Vala does live in quarters on the base, I'm sure there'd be no problems with her going out, probably supervised at first, or staying overnight at the house of one of her teammates.

Would keeping Vala cooped up in the SGC if she was bored and didn't want to be stuck there really be the best idea?
