I expect that China will be pretty steamed about getting used by the Russians, and will probably be troublesome in season 10. I'm hoping that Russia, after getting what they wanted, will fall into line with the SGC again, nevermind their losses. Really, as long as those two are walking in lockstep on matters Stargate related, the rest of the world can't do much of anything. The US Congress has forced the SGC to work with the International Comittee, but that could change easily enough.
