Well, according to GW News, Season 10 wasn't official until after the production of season 9 wrapped in October last year (wrapped at the beginning of Oct, official by the end.) If I remember correctly, there were pretty strong rumours that it would be renewed though.

I've managed to watch a few season 9 episodes now and always play a mental game of 'spot the jackism' when Sam is speaking.

Another thing not questioned is the comment made by Sam that she got to have her father for another 4 years. Well looking at your signature Nell, I decided to check out Tok'ra 1 and 2 from season 2. Threads was in season 8. 8-2=6years. Why did they say 4? Ops!
