Yep, believe it or not that's pretty much what it is here too...some how that doesn't seem right.

Not right at all. Wonder what's up with the crazy weather everywhere. I mean the storm here, the typhoon and flooding in Australia...

Depends on who you're talking too...some might say that's a result of humans screwing with Mother Nature once too often...some might say it's just one of the many environmental changes that the Earth cycles through on every millenia or so and we're only noticing it because we're here and have the scientific knowledge to notice it OR it's it a lead up to the 2012 end of the world as predicated by the Mayan calender. Take your pick.

Lol, I hadn't heard the Mayan calendar thing in regards to this.

I'm still fiddling around with a fic where the Mayan astronomer was one of the "Giant Aliens" from Crystal Skull.

I'm not sure I've actually heard anyone refer this weird weather specifically to the Mayan calendar thing but to anyone who actually believes in the 2012 thing I'm pretty sure catastrophic weather would be indicative of the armagaedon(sp?)of 2012.

Oh, that'll be fun to read...if you can finish it.
