The best one is in "the serpent's venom". Where Daniel and Sam are working under the bombshell and Jack's practically climbing above Sam to take a look.

I mean...you know, of course there was NOT ENOUGH SPACE to take a look from another direction. He had to climb above her. Really.

Yeah, exactly this picture I guess she doesn't really think about it because they're so close in their relationship at this time, it feels quite normal for her.
And that's the same in the scene afterwards, when Jack pulls her away from the bombshell and presses her to the wall behind him.

They seem to have run out of space here too. Teal'c and Daniel are sitting in the seats, Sam is sitting on the floor, and Jack just has to lie down on the floor at Sam's feet.

Maybe and both have problems with perceiving spaces in each other's company? Whenever they are near each other they experience visual distortions that warp space and it can only be corrected by being next to each other.

When I first watched the scene, dipsofjazz posted yesterday, I skipped back because I was not sure where Jack suddenly came from. I just saw Teal'c, Daniel and Sam. I didn't realize he was lying on the floor beside Sam.
So thank you very much for posting it, it's the first time I really notice.

All this little hints give us the informations, that they are a lot closer than they pretend
