He started wearing the black Cargo pants with Grey T-shirt in DNA Mad Scientist. This coincided with the visit to the commerce planet, so you can assume that the new clothes were bought.

Then it was Black-T and black cargo in S2 opener 'Mind the Baby'.

Then the black leather from S2, Episode 2 - 'Vitas Mortis'.

I think that the first time he actually wore a weapon was in S1-Ep 19 - 'Nerve'. He kept the Peacekeeper Brown Leather uniform and weaponry until the end of S1.
