Well that is good. I always make myself go running after a night of imbibing. It sucks while you are running but feels so much better after.

Oh that is a great idea. It's too bloody cold here right now to run outside....so maybe I will fire up the treadmill later! But my mom is due here any minute bringing more food and goodies to stuff us with. She so enjoys the holidays because food is her thing....and we couldn't want for a thing in that department!!
