He was in Shadowplay & Homecoming, but SG-1 referred to the High Minister in Meridian.
Let's assume Jonas got it right in Shadowplay.

It was Sam, then Jack says "Sorta like their President".
Daniel was in the infirmary at this point.

It should be noted that Anubis' Jaffa killed him off-screen in Homecoming for not bowing down to them or something. The current (as of Fallout) First Minister is the woman I can't remember the name of.

He didn't seem like too bad a guy in Shadowplay.
The round General type (yeah, I'm great with names ) was a complete jerk. Pleased Harak did for him in Homecoming (on-screen).

Harak was a great Jaffa. Is he still around?

Was Harak the First Prime of old half-ascended no face? If so, he was blown up in Earth's orbit by one of the drones from the Ancient Chair in Antarctica.
