You know...it suddenly dawned on me last night that Jonas has the Ancient gene. How did I miss that making that connection sooner?

I say he had the Ancient gene because he activated the Ancient device in Sight Unseen when he touched it. I've never heard of an Ancient device activating from the touch of someone without the gene. It may have been a way to set him up for the transition to Atlantis before that got canned.
