Jonas Quinn/Corin Nemec Thunk/Discussion/Appreciation
Also, dang, you made me reread that fic, and I'm supposed to be working. Poop!
Yes, yes there was. That is much appreciated as well. One of the few things about that 'film' that we can appreciate, apart from overall beyond cheesy awfulness
I course I distracted you from your work. For I am evil. You know this well.

How is work, btw? If you don't mind
*nudge*
Apart from being triple booked, and now having done almost nowt of the main booking, fine.
And boring.
One the plus side, you don't have to learn about aorists in ancient Greek. Not much of a consolation, I'm afraid, but they are bizarre and completely pointless
2 things immediately to mind:
- We really do not need to see DF that way. (start bit)
- Aw, he still goes by the name of Corky.
Edit: Forgot the big one:
What is Mr. Strauss wearing?!
Okay...
1. Eww to the opening....
2. LOVED him getting called Corky... I think that needs to go on my shirt somewhere too... Actually, I was thinking what I'd love to get signed is the first season of PLCL if it was available on DVD LOL!!
Did I hear the words 'pudding belly' come out of that woman's mouth?
With only mimimal gimmicks (just the one lie this time) Corin can get by way too easily with the smile
Now, did DF learn 'Corky' because Corin's cool with it, or because at some point early on in their acquaintance he happened to meet CN's mother? I'm personally liking the latter option. Maybe she gave him doughnuts too
And yes, Strauss' wardrobe is a place of Fear
I believe it was 'Buddah Belly'. And yes, it's all in the smile!!
Yes on DF in the start bit.
I didn't know that Corin was into bondage, let alone DF.
I Strauss trying to bring back the 80's? Because that's the last time I saw anyone wearing anything like that.
*looks around* Did someone say bondage and Corin in the same sentence?? Maybe after a few of these:
And seeing as Jonas makes a more than slightly snarky comment to Daniel in that particular episode, I think we can definitely say that he's no wide-eyed innocent...

You're welcome. I may have posted them but I didn't cap them, so I believe that I must partly pass those thanks onto smurf Are they your caps, or am I mistaken?
As they had the cameras there, I'm not so sure. It was fun though- it was like they were teenagers, not men in their thirties. Though whether men that age ever really act that age is debatable...
If him being called Corky amused you a bit (as it does with me, its so cute), check out the audio commentary for S6's 'Forsaken'. In which people talk about the time Joseph Mallozzi met Corin's mother, and how she happened to tell said producer of the show her son was on that she calls him Corky...
I will also say my thanks to smurf then.
Men are all Peter Pans... they never wanna grow up... and get away with it. On Corin's part, the smile. *Sigh!* Just like M&Ms...

Blame it on the face, Res. And the smile. And the way he move his eyebrows in gravity-defying angles. Oh, and that very shy dimple.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I kinda remembered that his grandmother calls him "Corky Corin" or maybe I'm wrong. Memory gap.

It started out as his grandmother's nickname for him (as he was a little 'corker', apparently ) and then it spread through the family and to friends, it seems, as his mother called him that. And it also seems that she still calls him that, hence the amusement on the part of the producers and directors who found out about it via his mother meeting JM at that con
