I'm OK. Not stressing, despite looming deadlines...
Will shower and then call my friend, who in a miracle of bad timing has decided that the 8th-14th is the *perfect* time to come back to London. I've got work and events coming out of all my orifices and someone I love dearly (she's been one of my best friends for eleven years-particularly long as I'm a mere 21) has come back from her new home in Japan for less than a week and a few snatched hours will be all I'll see of her for at least another year. Half our friends are insanely busy at university far away, so they won't get even a peek
On the plus side, bumped into a old college buddy, found out she's at another London uni and had a fun conversation about anime. Both us fangirls have been starved of other people who revere Studio Clamp, it seems

Has anyone introduced to the wonder of 'Beer for my Horses'?
Though...is your town cobbled? In my experience any European town over a certain age (whether in the UK, France, Italy, wherever) has been heavily cobbled, and that's not fun for walking, especially in evening shoes. Nice hot bath and warm socks
