Admiral, you make pumpkin bread too? Thats a favourite food of mine to make around Halloween/Thanksgiving. Yours is probally better though.

Mine is usually with raisins only, or half the walnuts.
That reminds me, I need to make the carrot bread from the recipe I got off the LOTR site.
