I want a certain Tok'ra's baby *grin* but I'll knit one in the meantime and post a foto on here when I've done it. Not too fluffy and snot green? They can't help what colour they are though, poor babies, still cute. Shall I knit a Jaffa 'pouch' for it to live in, too?

The idea of a Jaffa pouch reminds me of the knitted uterus and placenta that my mom had when she taught childbirth classes... But it does sound just too cute.

You could also buy/find a small gold-fish bowl or something and put it in I doubt the Tok'ra were in Jaffa - Egeria can't have had many Jaffa at least when the younger ones were born - they likely grew up in lakes or tanks.

That's probly true...she was on the run - and likely had no jaffa (so, I guess...spawn and run??)

Wow... I feel... like I'm a bad Tok'ra fan. I love to ship, but I can't bring myself to ship any Tok'ra... maybe it's because I didn't come into the SG1 fandom until season 7 or 8 and there wasn't much Tok'ra by then. Most of my favorite ships are from newer seasons.

But here are some tok'ra ships I could see (tho I wouldn't read about them if there was a story...)
Malek/Kelmaa - tho I guess the really had a sibling vibe.
MaroufLantash/AniseFreya - I dunno, something about that one amuses me.
GarshaYosuuf/Jack - just because of whoever wrote the questions for Garshaw for the quiz thing... oh yeah, I should work on that. I've got it totalling correctly, I need to get it to sort now.
Jalen/Tanith - another one just cuz it amuses me. In my mind she likes to tease and toy with him.

oh, and I'll support canon ships like Kanan/Shayla and RoshaJolinar/MartoufLantash

It's okay, Nebulan, I don't ship many Tok'ra...basically just Daniel/Anise/Freya and Sam/Martouf/Lantash, as well as the canon pairings. But these two... Totally my crack fic pairings.

That's totally OK Everyone here likes Tok'ra, which is what it's all about - I'm sure there are several others in here who don't ship Tok'ra - or who don't ship anyone at all.

I'm the truly weird one - I only ship Tok'ra - and I ship most Tok'ra 'pairings' (menage a troi's, quadrupules....), though Sam/Martouf/Lantash is my favorite. I will read any and all stories that have Tok'ra in them - ship/gen/slash - unless the Tok'ra are treated like Goa'uld or senselessly killed off.

As for the ships you mentioned, nebulan...I've seen a very short Malek/Kelmaa, I've never seen Martouf/Lantash/Anise/Freya - all stories I have seen have him/them hating/fearing her/them (confusing with the Tok'ra - *grins*) - possibly trying to avoid her/their advances...that's sometimes fun to read. I've seen one or two Garshaw/Yosuuf/Jack, but no Jalen/Tanith (I've seen no Tanith ship-stories at all, I think...)

lol, yeah, I have a lot of crack!ship pairings. Even Ba'al/Adria made it to my sig. I find sometimes I'm a screenshot shipper. I enjoyed trying to find JacobSelmak/Janet caps and Sam/Aldwin caps. But as far as reading fanfic? the only thing I'll jump up and say 'I have to read it!' is Demona/Macbeth (Gargoyles).
