Have you heard of CafePress.com? You could have a whole range of merchandise for you lucky con people, including t-shirts.

Do you know if they do custom stuff? I was thinking they should definitely say something about the gutter gang on them!

What they do is provide a service where you can have your own images on a range of goods - lunch boxes, bags, t shirts, hoodies, knickers even. And those goods can be made available for sale to 'outsiders'. I've seen alot of smaller websites use this service. The site itself explains itself better than I can.
But think of the fun you could have. I'm sure Mala could come up with some appropriate designs for you all.
